Stara Baška
Stara Baška
On the southern part of the island of Krk, in the bay of the same name, emerges Stara Baška.
Here, in the 14th century, refugees fled from the Turks and established a shepherd's village. Thanks to its isolation, bordered by hills on one side and the sea on the other, Stara Baška is ideal for those in search of a more peaceful holiday. A number of both small and large beaches and coves are scattered around, with some of them only being accessible by boat.
