At the site of St. Peter, which also includes the bay of the same name, the most prominent place is occupied by the remains of St. Peter’s Church. The church was first mentioned in the Middle Ages, in a document written by Prince Ivan Frankopan in 1465. It was built in several stages, and is assumed to have already been in a dilapidated condition in the 18th century. This site is located on a path that leads to the remains of the village of Šugare that was abandoned in the 19th century.
