As part of the Interpretation Centre, located in the old core of Punat, is the permanent exhibition of traditional olive oil production. In addition to interactive content and archival photographs, the importance of olive growing in Punat and its surrounding areas is also promoted. Here you can see the old toš, one of the best-preserved olive mills on the island of Krk, which is a protected cultural property.
