The Plitvice Lakes are the oldest and largest national park in Croatia. Lush forest vegetation, beautiful turquoise lakes and magnificent waterfalls will take your breath away. In 1979, thanks to the uniqueness and value of this natural phenomenon, UNESCO included the Plitvice Lakes in its World Heritage List.
