The author of the polyptych is Paolo Veneziano, and it was created around 1340. Apart from St. Lucy and scenes from her life, the polyptych depicts a crucifix and several saints worshiping in Baška and on the island of Krk. Originally, the polyptych was located in the church of St. Lucy in Jurandvor near Baška, where a replica is now on display, while the original is stored in the Krk diocese.
